[mesa-users] Compiling Error

Good Morning all,
I just compiled MESA code, and when compiling,  it shows me the following
error:

The libraries are updated normally
/home/kadi/mesa/kap
building kap package.

make: `libkap.a' is up to date.

But I have this error :
