[mesa-users] add atmosphere to write_fgong_for_best_model

Just to add my own experience:

I did get a FGONG file with the atmosphere included when I used

add_atmosphere_to_pulse_info = .true.

everything else remaining same. I am using 'Eddington_grey' for the 
which_atm_option. However, the profile, of course, did not have the 
atmosphere; but that is something we have already discussed a couple of 
days ago. I am using version 4411.
