[mesa-users] add atmosphere to write_fgong_for_best_model

Damn.   My last message was incorrect about the required settings for which_atm_option.

Turns out that the code is smarter than I am.  (typical)

It checks which_atm_option to see if it is a T(tau) integration (such as Eddington_grey).
If so, it uses that.  But if not, it defaults to using Paczynski_grey.

Good to get that clear, but now I need to get your inlists and details so that I can reproduce the problem.
