[mesa-users] add atmosphere to write_fgong_for_best_model

Hi,

You might check to see what you have for which_atm_option.  For adding an atmosphere, you must have either 
	 which_atm_option = 'Paczynski_grey' 
or one of the T(tau) integration options -- e.g.,
	 which_atm_option = 'Eddington_grey' 

It that isn't the solution, please send full set of inlists so I can try to track it down.
