[mesa-users] Writing out the atmosphere in the profile

Dear Anwesh, 

I've used options similar to those you describe. As I understand, the key is to also add 

write_pulse_info_with_profile = .true.

Below are the relevant lines for a model I ran a while back:

      which_atm_option='Paczynski_grey'
      Paczynski_atm_R_surf_errtol=3d-4
      create_atm_max_step_size = 0.1

      write_pulse_info_with_profile = .true.
      pulse_info_format = 'FGONG'
      add_atmosphere_to_pulse_info = .true.    
      write_pulsation_plot_data = .true.  

Those who have thought about this more carefully -- please comment if this is the best way to tackle this question.
