Hi Dave,

The only solution I've found is shown in test_suite/make_co_wd --- get the run_star_extras in addition to the inlist.
It runs with "okay_to_reduce_gradT_excess" (aka, MLT++), and after the 1st thermal pulse on the agb, it
turns up the wind to get rid of the envelope.   Seems that just as we need something extra when we go from
20 Msun to 30 Msun to get past he burning, we also need help on the agb when we go beyond about 2 Msun.
