[mesa-users] How to choose initial_Y when use mesa?

Hi everyone,

I want to calculate a stellar model using mesa.
The basic spectral parameters of it: [Fe/H] = -0.3, type is A9. And I
want to calculate the post_MS evolution state of it.
I know that the initial_Z is decided by the [Fe/H] and the initial_Y.
So, I want to choose a suitable initial_Y.
