You just need to define "aprgdir" as an environmental variable. If 
you're using the bash terminal (default on Ubuntu for example) you do

export aprgdir=/path/to/adipls/adipack.c

In order not to do it every time, you can copy the line above to the 
.bashrc file on your home folder.
See the file readme_ADIPLS_in_mesa on mesa/adipls for other instructions.

ps: I assume you meant "aprgdir" instead of "eprgdir" right?
