The binding energy is as Josiah said; there is no P/\rho term. Enthalpy is
relevant when considering flow in a fixed Eulerian mesh.
That is what you use for a wind flowing through a fixed mesh. For
Lagrangian flow, e.g., a given MESA star model, use energy. I suspect that
in the Eulerian case you can make the enthalpy work (satisfy conservation
laws) if you do boundary conditions carefully.
