[mesa-users] other_winds not being called

Problem solved!  All it needed was a non-zero string length for the wind
scheme, RGB_wind_scheme or AGB_wind_scheme, whichever applies.  It doesn't
need to use these wind schemes, so it doesn't even need to be one of the
given wind scheme options, having AGB_wind_scheme = 'Banana'  in my inlist
allowed it to find my other_wind routine.
