[mesa-users] element diffusion during core he burning phase

Hi,

Turns out run_star_extras was indeed important, just not in the expected way!!!
I was running in my "ehsan" test directory and as a result was using one of your
old run_star_extras.  All runs great with that, but when I switch to the standard
run_star_extras, it gets slow as you reported.   Sigh.......   I'll see what I can find.

Meanwhile, here's your old run_star_extras that makes it run fast.  Perhaps
you can figure out why.   Maybe it relaxes some tolerances?
