[mesa-users] mismatch between structure files and rows of history file

Hi Dave,
Additionally, photos, and I believe profiles, are saved at "key" events, like the onset of core helium burning, for instance. This is probably where the bonus profiles are coming from.
As for Josiah's point, you may find on the "tools" section (specifically the python part) of mesastar.org a log scrubber script that will remove excess lines from your history file so that the backups, retries, etc. won't be gumming up your data. It always chooses the most recently written entry for a given model number, so your history file will always be properly ordered with the most recent data. Good luck!
