Hi Bill,

Thanks for the quick response. I list some of the things that I have 
recorded:

1. In the file star/test/inlist_first_thing_to_try  substitute
log_cnt = 1 by history_interval = 1

2. Open the file star.log -> history.data

3. The sources are in test/src/run_star.f -> star/job/run_star.f

4. Look at the work/README file for instructions about setting up your 
work directory. -> There's no README file in the work directory.  ?

5. Edit the inlist_project to set the 'mesa_data_dir' parameter -> 
'mesa_dir' parameter

6. For a complete list of the available star_job parameters with default 
values, look through mesa/star/public/run_star_defaults.dek. -> 
star/defaults/star_job.defaults

7. mesa/star/public/star_defaults.dek -> star/defaults/controls.defaults

8. The full set of options are given in the file pgstar_defaults.dek in 
star/public. ->
star/defaults/pgstar.defaults
