[mesa-users] Adipls problem

Hi Guido,

This is a hard one since the failure is happening during 
the installation of ADIPLS, and that installation process was not
designed with MESA in mind.  Joergen Christensen-Dalsgaard
has kindly allowed us to include ADIPLS in the
MESA download, but he has created ADIPLS independently
over the years, and it has its own way of doing things.
I'm not an expert on the details, and up to now I haven't
had persistent problems reported by anyone concerrning the
installation of adipls in mesa.  Since it works okay
on everyone else's machine, perhaps we need to consider
if there are problems particular to your setup.

I'd suggest you try installing ADIPLS independently from MESA.
Get it from this page: http://users-phys.au.dk/jcd/adipack.n/

Let's see if it installs okay for you.  If so, then perhaps
we can use that to debug the problems with installing
it as part of mesa.
