[mesa-users] correction in svn up instructions for mesa 4569

Hi,

Ehsan Moravveji was very quick to test the update and find that we need to correct the instructions I gave in the last email.
If you are doing svn up -r 4569 from a prior checkout of 4566, then here's what you should do:
cd star/test; ./cleanup ; ./mkx
Last time I forgot the "cleanup" and that caused problems.
