This release is mostly small tweaks, but there are a 
few larger changes to give better conservation
and mixing of angular momentum.  I expect that there 
will be more changes in the implementation of rotation
coming soon since we are now getting started on a
careful verification by comparing details of our results
to the results from other codes.  I've done a bit of that
in the past of course, but -- AS YOU KNOW -- you 
cannot and must not assume that someone else has
done verification on things that haven't been
reported in a mesa instrument paper (only 1 exists
at present, but there is another in the works).

Rather than hold back new features (such as rotation)
until someone has done a thorough verification, we have
decided to include such things in the release so you
can work with them and participate in the verification
process -- this is a prime example that mesa is a 
community effort, not a finished product supplied
as if by magic with all bugs removed and all features
functioning perfectly.   Don't just trust the numbers
because they are reported to many digits!  That goes
for so-called verified features as well as newer ones.
