In order to use the MESA SDK, you'll need to ensure the following components are already installed on your system:

  ...
  • The X windows library
  • The Z compression library

The error message indicates that these have not been successfully installed.

You can install these using the package manager (yum) appropriate for your system. 
The packages are probably named something like zlib-devel and libx11-devel
