[mesa-users] Can't get mesa star started

Hi all,

I'm new into MESA, and I can't get mesa star started. I'm following the
guide "how to use MESA star", and it gets stuck when creating a work
directory for my current project (right before step 1).

When I type ./rn, it gives this this error (after printing some info on
variables):

*create pre-main-sequence model*
> *                                   xa(i)           4
> -1.0074785033543474D-18*
> * failed in build_pre_ms_model*
> * star_create_pre_ms_model ierr          -1*
>
> * do_load1_star ierr          -1*
>

Everything has been going (fairly) smooth so far, I installed MESA using
Townsend's SDK. I'm using *Ubuntu 10.04 32-bits*.
Any suggestions to get it right?
