[mesa-users] Are changes to ADIPLS pushed upstream?

Hi,

Following Bill's update on the state of the code/project, a question 
entered my head: are the changes/improvements to ADIPLS pushed upstream 
into ADIPLS itself, or are they exclusive to MESA?

I ask because I use a different evolutionary code but it interfaces with 
ADIPLS.
