[mesa-users] trouble using Abundance_xaxis_by in test suite inlist

Hey all,

I just updated my SDK for 64-bit Mac OS X 10.6.8 to the July 28 2012 
release and am running MESA version 4298.  When I run through some of 
the test_suite examples with pgstar_flag set to .true., I get an error 
on many examples (e.g. inlist_wd_surf_at_tau_1m4) about the 
Abundance_xaxis_by parameter that reads:

/Failed while trying to read control namelist file: 
inlist_wd_surf_at_tau_1m4
Perhaps the following runtime error message will help you find the problem.

At line 677 of file ../private/pgstar_ctrls_io.f (unit = 30, file = 
'inlist_wd_surf_at_tau_1m4')
Fortran runtime error: Cannot match namelist object name by_logxq
DATE: 2012-08-22
TIME: 14:44:49/

This is not the only test_suite that this happens in.  Has anyone else 
had a similar problem as this?  Any thoughts as to a solution?
