Hi Umberto,
Are these hdf5 files to use with MPPNP? If I understand correctly, then
you will need an installation of SE, and in your MESA makefile set
"USE_SE" to true, and give it the path to your SE installation, then
re-compile. You can then set use_se_output (or something similar) to
.true. in your work directory inlist, which also requires an se.input
file in your work dir.
