Hi Andrey,
A few days ago I received the same message './build_and_test FAILED',
even if relative to another directory.. in that case I solve the
problem setting the OMP_NUM_THREADS environmental variable. Did you do
that? If no, please set the OMP_NUM_THREADS environment variable to
the number of cores on your machine editing your .bashrc file. Maybe
this can be the solution..
