[mesa-users] Brunt-Vaisala frequency in convective regions.

Hi Daniel,

Note that brunt_N2 is a standard output, but it is only calculated when calculate_Brunt_N2 is true.
So first check that you've set that flag true in your inlist.

Then make a plot of the profile of burnt_N2 to see if you get negative values in the convective zone.

If so, great!  If not, please send me your inlist plus a starting model so I can give it a try.
