[mesa-users] failure installing MESA revision 3709

I had a problem with adipls not passing the tests. The problem turned 
out to be that I did not have /bin/csh installed on my kubuntu system. 
The default shell is bash and the tests use scripts run with csh. 
Solution to the problem was to install tcsh

sudo apt-get install tcsh

Took me a while to figure this out. Hope this helps.
