Please try 3251-- it is the current release.

Do the following in your mesa directory:

svn update -r 3251
./clean
./install

If that runs into problems, it may be necessary to do a fresh checkout:
svn co -r 3251 http://mesa.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mesa/trunk mesa
