Hi Jeremy,

The way to track a given isotope is to add it to your nuclear reaction
network.  In data/net_data/nets/ there are quite a few pre-defined nets as
well as a README file with some information.  You can also create your own
by adding isotopes to an existing net.  See the current nets and read
data/net_data/NET_NOTES for how to add isotopes to a network.
