Take a look at the inlists in test_suite/isochrone

In the file inlist_isochrone, you'll find this:

&isochrone_job

   masses_filename = 'iso_low_mass.list'
   initial_Z = 0.02
   isochrone_age = 10d9 ! years


In the file iso_low_mass.list, you'll find

   masses(
      0.09, 0.07, 0.05, 0.03
   )

those will be the initial masses for the different cases.
