[mesa-users] MESA modified output

Hello Bill and Aaron, I hope you're doing fine.

These days, I wish to use the MESA output as an input to a pulsation
code (GraCo). To this end, I need some more output columns as the profile.
I like to ask for some help in writing a suitable run_star_extras.f.
The extra columns I need are: dln(eps)/dln(T),
dln(eps)/dln(rho),
dln(opac)/dln(T), dln(opac)/dln(rho). I will also need to convert some
outputs like q and radius into cgs units. Furthermore, I want all
quantities to be calculated at the edge OR center of each zone not
mixed.
My first question is:
Are those quantities that can be
directed to file or to the
terminal available as common blocks? If
so, where is this common block defined?
Also, I checked
star/test/src/run_star_extras and found no
example of adding an extra
column.
