mesa-users] test failed during compilation

Hi Jason,

This seems to be a new problem with the utils lib under gfortran.  This
needs to be fixed but I don't think it is a fundamental problem because
mesa/star runs fine without it.

You can work around the install problem by making the utils/build_and_test
script only do the build part.  Replace your current version with the
attached.  Let me know if this doesn't solve the problem.
